]]> Happy Earth Day! In my world, earth day is everyday. Our connection to our Mother Earth now more than ever needs to be priority as the we can see from “wake up” call the earth has given us.

Here are ways to connect with plants and the earth.

  1. Make an offering to the earth with love, water, a song or whatever you feel inspired to do.
  2. When you enter nature be in gratitude for nature, the plants, trees and everything that nature has to offer.
  3. Find a plant or tree to connect with. Ask to see if they want to connect back. If the feeling you get is expansion then it’s a yes to connect.
  4. When you sit with a plant or tree, don’t go in with expectations. Just sit and see what images, sounds and sensations you feel. Write down all that you feel as this is all valid. These plants/tree beings are communicating with you.
  5. Thank the plant or tree with gratitude.
