<p>1. Yarrow, is great for boundaries, helps heal wounds, and when you meditate with yarrow she will help you seal your boundaries from any sexual trauma or violence. When I worked with Yarrow for the first time, I meditated with her for 40 days. One day I took a Shamanic bath, and I poured yarrow water all over my body and I was intuitively guided to seal all my chakras. From then on, I no longer would see my sexual predator in my mind as he was in past during my sexual experiences. This was powerful!</p>
<p>2. Ocotillo is amazing for releasing trauma and shame out of the lower body, womb, hips and sexual organs. When I meditated with her as well, I felt the powerful release of sexual shame and trauma.</p>
<p>3. Rose, we need a nervine to help us heal sexual trauma. I like using rose because she helps with boundaries, she is a nervine, and she helps with healing my heart during this transformative time!</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A normal period may vary. In an ideal world, a woman would have a 28 cycle which would emulate the length of the moon orbiting the earth. But for most modern women, the healthy cycle can vary being being plus or minus 3 days.</p>



<p>Here&#8217;s what makes a cycle healthy:</p>



<p>You have at least 3 days of good healthy bleeding. You can see darker blood and bright red blood. The bright red is the estrogen phase (Follicular Stimulating Hormone) of the cycle. The dark blood is the progesterone (Luteinizing Hormone) part of the cycle.</p>



<p>A regular cycle may also mean you have little PMS. You don&#8217;t get tired or moody before your cycle. Also during the first couple of days, you don&#8217;t get cramps. Your period is consistent. If you don&#8217;t have a 28 day cycle, you get your period every 23 days to 32 days, and it&#8217;s consistent. Plus, you during ovulation you have wet stringy cervical fluid coming from you vagina to show healthy ovulation.</p>



<p>If your period is longer than 32 days, then you may not be producing enough estrogen. Your estrogen part of the cycle (FSH) is too long and the estrogen isn&#8217;t able to kick in. Herbs like Vitex are important to take to regulate the pituitary gland that helps to release the hormones into the body. I would also suggest Black Cohosh, an estrogenic herb to help regulate the long cycle.</p>



<p>If your period is too short, then progesterone isn&#8217;t being produced and I would also look at if there is any liver stagnation. I would also recommend Vitex which helps to regulate progesterone in the body along with dandelion as a liver herb.</p>



<p>In addition, if I am looking to help with your cycle to get pregnant, I would look at your diet. Are you eating too many cold foods? The womb doesn&#8217;t like the energy of cold when you looking to conceive.</p>



<p>Do you have lots of stress? A baby is more likely to conceive if you are in parasympathetic nervous system &#8211; the system of rest and digest.</p>



<p>I would also look at your self care rituals to help you come into balance and if you have an unhealed sexual shame or trauma being held in the womb.</p>



<p>This may seem like a lot to think about, but I am here to help you. I am trained as a Clinical Herbalist and used to see clients supervised under a Master Herbalist/Director at Berkeley Herbal Center. I have over 1000 hours in the class room, over 3,000 hours of study including my study of herbs, plus I am incorporate Feminine Tantra focusing on the women&#8217;s womb and sexuality. I have my own private clients who I help on a weekly basis.</p>

<p>Tea &#8211; take and handful of fresh leaves and flowers (make sure you wash it if it&#8217;s fresh. Steep in 1 cup of hot water for 10-15 minutes. Strain out leaves and flowers. <p>If you are interested in any herbs, I have most available, but also health food stores like Sprouts and Whole Foods will have the kitchen herbs available. Kitchen herbs can be used in your food daily. For adaptogens and nervines, you can purchase at health food store and use in tincture form, tea or powder. Just make sure powder isn&#8217;t old and keep in refrigerator.</p>



<p>For hand santizer recipe, the ratio is 1:1 for 200 proof alcohol. If you measure out 30 ml of alcohol, then add 30 ml of water. If you have vodka use 100% alcohol and don&#8217;t add any water. It&#8217;s already 60% water. Add 10 drops of lavender essential oil to every ounce you make.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was just in Thailand and got back 2 weeks ago. I noticed that the Corona virus numbers were low despite tourists and some crowds. People hand sanitized, health officials took temperatures along different bus stops and tours, people wore masks and people didn&#8217;t touch each other but greeted each other with a heart salutation.</p>



<p>What I also noticed was that the foods Thai people eat were super spicy and also had high antiviral properties. From what I have heard from different health officials is the virus doesn&#8217;t like heat.</p>



<p>So here are some herbs and tips to help you during this challenging time.</p>



<p>Garlic &#8211; antiviral, spicy, anticatarrhal, diaphoretic, immunological, immune stimulant. Put as much as you like in food. Put a ton in your food. Take daily. Eat raw if you can but have only have a piece of garlic. If you eat a ton of garlic your whole body will smell and people WILL stay away from you &#8211; at least 6 feet!</p>



<p>Ginger &#8211; diaphoretic, spicy, carminative, prebiotic, immune stimulant. Make a tea out of it and drink daily. I also like chewing on ginger raw.</p>



<p>Onions &#8211; antiviral, anticattarrhal, spicy. Cut up pieces of onions and leave around the house. I do this around flu season to protect me if one of us is sick.</p>



<p>Chilis &#8211; spicy, diaphoretic, and antiviral. Corona doesn&#8217;t like heat, so sweat it out! Add siracha into your food or cayenne pepper!</p>



<p>Turmeric &#8211; antiviral, antioxidant, antiinflammatory, carminative. Helps to protect the cells from viruses. Make into tea or add into food.</p>

<h4 style="text-align: center;">Has your sexual trauma affected your nervous system?</h4>
<p>Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) is amazing ally! On a spirit level, she is fierce, helps bring confidence and helps set boundaries. Other benefits of yarrow is, she helps stop bleeding. If you have a fever, you can take it to help cool the fever down by allowing you to sweat it out. If you aren&#8217;t getting your period or have cramps she is awesome as well. If you diarrhea, the astringent qualities will help you tighten the intestines as to stop the diarrhea.</p>
<p>Back in my early 20s, I was sexually violated by a so called teacher of mine. He basically fucked with my mind  and used that to sexually violate me (he taught me martial arts and told me he was the only one who can heal my back injury). Back then I naive and gave my power away to him. I did a lot of work with a healing guide to help release the emotional trauma that I experienced from the three years of mind manipulation. The healing was great but he would still show up in my mental body.  When I would make love the image of him would come in my mind, I would end up crying and it would affect me from experiencing deep love making.</p>
<p>When I first started training as an herbalist, I worked with Yarrow very intimately and closely. I meditated with her, made offerings and built a relationship with her. I had no idea that plants also had a spirit. While I would meditate, I would listen to the messages that Yarrow wanted me to hear. I will act on it too. While taking a bath with Yarrow leaves and flowers, I had direct messages to release my sexual violator from sexual, physical, emotional, mental and physic bodies. The most important one was releasing him from my mental body. I washed him image away in the yarrow bath waters. After the shower, I sealed myself with yarrow oil.</p>
<p>The follow week when making love to my husband, the image of the man disappeared. I was able to have deeper connection with my partner and our love making was so beautiful. Wow! Yes, he no longer was taking hold of my mind and my psychic body. This was profound!! I couldn&#8217;t believe a plant would be able to work in this way. This was why I was on my path to learn about herbs and the magic they offer.</p>
<p>So, if you are looking to heal your sexual trauma, I would recommend meditating with her and building a relationship.</p>
